Trying to streamline the kitchen. The crock pot is so huge, heavy, and unwieldy (makes the insert difficult to clean). The only thing I like is how it produces meats that just fall off the bone, and the fact that there's not a lot of work involved in the cooking process. Otherwise, it takes up a lot of space! Seems the pressure cooker would be great for the benefit of quick-cooking, but would like to know if I can make the same dishes I'd ordinarily make in a slow cooker...
