Democrats were mad about no bid contracts why is Obama giving the HUGE BP find to Soros Oil Corp Petrobras ok?

Of course Obama is giving Soros this thing, Soros is Obama, and Soros probably blew the whole thing in the first place because he knew he could get that BP oil find for free, which is massive and contains extreme wealth with which he can use to buy power and control.
