In the state of North Carolina is it legal to move out at 16?

So I am 16 & I live in North Carolina. I'm looking to move out & move to Georgia. I already know my mother will not approve of this but I need to know if the law will allow me to do this without any weird stuff happening to me or the people I would be living with. I may be pregnant as well. Only saying that because I know the law sometimes curves around that. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
