Potluck question! help.?

So we are having a potluck at work. I have no idea what to make. There's going to be about 40 people there. Already on the list is enchiladas, ribs, and a big assortment of chips and dips. Help me please? Thanks. And btw, I prefer something that can be put in a slow cooker/crock pot to be kept warm. :)
