Am I eating a balanced diet to loose weight?

It sounds to me as though your diet is pretty balanced. It is good that you are including exercise in your plan. Just remember to drink a lot of water as this makes you feel more bloated so you do not feel the need to eat so often. Maybe you could also try getting together with a local weight loss club - or going on walks with friends. Hope this helped. Good luck! :)
