Will my phone still have signal? 10 points?

Ok well I have metro pcs (crappy) the phone is a freeform 2 or something and I live in las vegas that's where I bought it from. So I'm flying to north Carolina to go see my brother so I'm wondering if I'll still have signal? Sorry I don't really fly out of state so idk if I'll have signal where I'm going.
