When to turn up the heat in the crock pot?

Hi i am cooking a pork roast that says for it to go 10-11 hours on low heat. Well i need it ready for 8 and at 8 it would have been in there for 9 and a half hours,at what point can i bump it up to high to make sure it is done in time? Thanks!

I had a dream that me and some other girls that I don't know were all employed as assistants for a magician that I did not know. There was one girl named Kaitin that I liked a bit, and the magician killed her because he had no further use for her. I cried. Then he employed a new girl who had the exact same name as me, but she went by Onyx, as in the gem, not the Pokemon. She became my best friend and he killed her too. I cried for like a week straight in the dream. I looked up all these on dreammoods, but the only one for magician was if you dream you are a magician and the only ones for death were about people you really know/knew in reality, but I knew literally NONE of these people except myself in reality, and I survived the dream. Any ideas?

How swollen is too swollen for feet in pregnancy?

40 wks today and i have on my very old totally stretched out crocks--literally like 2 inches too big for me and i can barely get my feet in them and i swell out around my shoes, have folds at my ankles with two really dark/purplish creases, the bottom half of my foot is really red where it goes in the shoe.... is this just normal in pregnancy or is that too swollen? not sure. Dont want to call the dr and hear them laugh at me if that is normal. thanks

Why are most American States terrified of enforcing immigration laws?

I don't get it. Arizona and now South Carolina seem to be the only states putting boot to a.s.s on illegal immigration. Some liberal coward judge in Florida blocked parts of their State's immigration bill saying Cops would be allowed to question suspected illegal immigrants in Florida. Which is basically lengthening what Congress is doing. Why are American states so scared to crackdown? It's pathetic. America will officially tolerate just about anything these days. While we're at it. Can we erase the border with Canada and Mejico and make one big North American country?
