Is the "Customer is Always Right" the most retarded policy ever?
What a bunch of crocks. The customer is not always right. If anything, they are wrong until I prove them right. Stop giving random "Pop Quizzes" and asking 524,000 questions. Stop trying to get something for free. If we are out of something, stop asking me to call 17 other stores to see if they have it in stock. Do your own research. I know how to figure out the cost of something after tax, why the hell don't you (grown adults) know how to figure it out? This isn't "Burger King." You do it MY way--you cannot have it YOUR way.
