3 hours in the slow cooker enough for partially cooked ribs?

So, I'm making ribs today and, I browned them off in the oven first (about an hour) and then cut them up and put them in the crock with some onion rings and bbq sauce but, forgot to plug in the slow cooker!!! So, here I am at almost 3:30 and, wonder if 3 hours on high will be enough time to cook these up or, if I should leave them in the crock pot container and, put them in the oven and, if so, what temp!! I'm so mad at my self because I have been looking forward to these ribs for a week!! LMFAO
