How do I get rid of moisture inside my garage?

Hello! I have a single bay garage. It is attached to our basement with a bedroom above it. The temperature inside the garage is an average 60-65 degrees with the outside temperature being around 75-80 degrees with humidity. There is also no heater inside the garage. What I have noticed to make me believe that I have a moisture/condensation/humidity issue is; There are a couple moist spots on the floor by the garage door and near the lone cellar window. Also I had started a paint project down in the garage. The walls are block and the paint on the north wall across from the garage door towards the bottom of the wall did not dry after 3 days. I then noticed that the tool boxes and coke machine were damp. I do not know if I am over reacting and there is a simple fix or if it could be something more complicated. Please Help! Thank you
