How to tell when a pork roast is done?

Hi my pork roast has been cooking in the crock pot for a little over 8 hours,it is being cooked on low directions say low for 10-11 hours. I have never cooked a pork roast and dont have a thermometer,so i cant tell. It is very tender already and tastes ok its just slightly pink,should it be that way?
