I need advice choosing a path in life im 16 and could use advice?

im 16 and my parents are divorced i live with my mother in North Carolina and my dad lives in florida. while living with my mom the past 8 years about 6 ive lived without power and runing water. ive also been arrested 3 times and on probation once because of the need to survive while living with my mother. ive onli seen my father 1 time in the past 8 years. he has a stable job at sea world as a supervisor and my mom doesnt work which is why i live the way i do. but i really like this girl and we had been together about 2 years. 10 1/2 months dating and the rest as very very close friends thats one reason why i havent left my mother another reason it because of school my school offers a course called IB which can help me get into college and get college credits and is a god choice for my future but on the other hand its not a good environment at home. so should i move to florida to live with my father? so im asking what i should do? if there is any advice plz offer it
