Name of Chinese/Korean Drama about an Orphan?

This drama is about an orphan boy who ends up finding a man whom eventually ends up wanting to adopt him and they do small robberies together. The man works as a magician and he has a relationship with the orphans teacher at his school. Then the man dies at the end trying to see the orphan again after he is adopted. I'm not sure if this film is in korean or chinese but does anyone have a clue of what it may be called? And where I can watch it?
