Really need opinions please, gotta make a decision like NOW!! Help?

Okay, so I met this guy at a party one night and have a very faint memory of him. He hit me up on facebook after the party and we text from time to time. We both live in Detroit currently but I am from Kentucky and he is from Georgia so we have some common ground. He texted me today and invited me to go up north with him for the Fourth of July weekend; he's going with his friend and his friend's family. Should I stay or go? Btw, we're both 20 so in case you're thinking you may be much too young to vacation with a guy.
