What are your favorite crock pot vegetarian or vegan recipes?

I've just gotten my first crock pot and have just made the most amazing spaghetti! It was so delicious and I was so proud of it! I'm looking for new recipes to try, I'm so excited! So give me your best recipes please! I'm vegetarian so no non vegetarian recipes please! Unless it can easily be edited to fit my needs (:
