Hi i am cooking a pork roast that says for it to go 10-11 hours on low heat. Well i need it ready for 8 and at 8 it would have been in there for 9 and a half hours,at what point can i bump it up to high to make sure it is done in time? Thanks!

Then he employed a new girl who had the exact same name as me, but she went by Onyx, as in the gem, not the Pokemon. She became my best friend and he killed her too. I cried for like a week straight in the dream. How swollen is too swollen for feet in pregnancy?

40 wks today and i have on my very old totally stretched out crocks--literally like 2 inches too big for me and i can barely get my feet in them and i swell out around my shoes, have folds at my ankles with two really dark/purplish creases, the bottom half of my foot is really red where it goes in the shoe.... is this just normal in pregnancy or is that too swollen? not sure. My parents are divorced and both of them move alot. my dad lives overseas in germany and i visit him for a few weeks every summer but my younger sister goes to school with him. i pretty much hang around her group of friends when im there. but the only ones who live by us is these two girls, one is 1 year younger than my sister and the other is 1 year older than me. i dont really hang out with them much anymore. my mom has moved from mississippi to north carolina to alabama in the past year so ive had to let lots of friends go. i still communicate with them online but not enough. she will probably end up moving again because she cant find a decent job around here and she told me that she doesnt really like our new house. i dont either and i havent made any friends so i dont mind moving again. i havent seen one kid of any age on our street, otherwise i wouldve talked to them. im hoping that when school starts back ill have more friends but it'll be a new school district so i wont know anyone but im used to that kind of thing by now, even though its terrible. i just wish i couldve lived in one neighborhood so i would be familiar with lots of people, and have the same friends every school year. btw im going into 7th grade.

How do I prevent hot dogs from losing flavor?

Boy Scout troop has a hot dog booth once a month - we heat hot dogs in a microwave and keep them hot in a crock pot with water. They reheated them the next day and they turned grey and lost flavor. I am so stressed that its getting to the point that I almost feel like I need to be admitted to the psych ward. My son is in foster care and we are fighting to get him back. The pediatrcian we no longer want to see is confusing us and we suspect she's lying. We have been going through this since November. I just want my son back. They acused us of neglect which is a crock of sh*t. Now, my dad is in the hospital 900 miles away and having a second knee surgery tomorrow. Due to a bad fall. He almost 60. I have health issues that are driving me crazy and I don't feel well. I don't know what to do. If I tell my boyfriend how bad I feel he will fly off the handle and think I'm suicidal which I'm not sure I am. Obviously I can't tell my dad and my mother is in heaven. Office pot luck ideas and recipes to share?

Saute a large onion diced, a few slices of diced bacon, and a green pepper diced until the bacon and onion begins to brown. Pour this mixture into a crockpot or slow cooker. Open a gallon can of Pork and Beans and drain off all the juice. Add beans to cooker. Stir in about 1/2 cup brown Sugar, 1/4 cup Dijon or spicy brown mustard, and 1/2 cup of ketchup. (Optional: Add about 1/2 teaspoon or so of liquid smoke). Cook for several hours without the lid on the cooker. This gives the beans a drier consistency, and everyone will think they are "oven baked". Stir from time to time and turn them off when they are thick.

Tried to make cheese dip?

i bought a little dipper crock pot and was very excited to try cheese dip last night. i bought melting cheese from walmart from the mexican cheese section and threw it in their and waited hours. it melted but it didnt get creamy-it just sort of got hot and melty. i dont know what i did wrong. do i need to throw some milk in their too? also, what can i do with my random block of half melted now refridgerated cheese? i dont really want to use processed and who im making it for doesnt like cream cheese or mayonnaise. is there anyway to salvage my chunk of cheese preferably for cheese dip?

ok, so a couple months ago i was on facebook and all of a sudden people were getting added to my account that i didnt even know and people were getting deleted. then my friends started telling me they were talking to me on chat, and i never was. so i trying disabling that account and it said it would be disabled but it never got disabled. well i made a new one and then someone said someone is talking to them on my old facebook again and this was yesterday. so i went to my old profile and repoted them for impersonating me. then today i got home from the moves and MY new profile was disabled. so i went to go on my hacked account and my email had been changed to a profile whos name is chelsea south.(my name is chelsea north btw) which is really weird. so they must have changed my old email to theres. so i have no way in loggin in the hacked account. so they keep talking to my friends, not only that but all my friends say they know EVERYTHING ABOUT ME. so they are tricking them into thinking its me talking to them.... so i made a new one and im having all my friends report them for impersonating me. has this happened to anyonelse, and do you have any solutions. its really scary. pleaseeeee help me.

Do you get very tired during the time that you have family stay over at your house?

I try to be a good host. I like everything to go like clockwork, meals and such. I'm not a great cook so I get stressed. I use the crock-pot a lot for cooking which helps. I'm running here and there doing the dishes, people wander into the kitchen and want to talk and I'm trying to keep up with all the work to keep things on track. But, I get so keyed up and I can hardly get any sleep at night. I get concerned about taking too much time in the bathroom in the morning. I'm more concerned about getting everyone fed for breakfast. It takes me a good hour in the morning for me to get ready. There is only one bathroom. So, I forgo a shower and just slap on some make up and go and make breakfast. Then I am sooo sleepy during the next day with my guests that I can hardly function. I get so stressed. My normal routine is out of whack with company. Does this happen to you? I'm tired of being so tired and I am sacrificing my sleep and feel just yucky throughout the next day while everyone else is bright eyed and chipper.

Iv sedation for my autistic daughter?

Just got back from the dentist she has one obvious cavity.. the dentist "sugested" she has about 8MORE. That might be coming through which I think is a crock of.... mind you she thinks this without even getting sufficient xrays. Anyways she said my daughter needs IV sedation which I am not ok with!! I'm terrified to put my 6year old fully asleep. Is there any other way how would general anesthesia or laughing gas make her? Wouldn't that put her semi to sleep? I feel like dentist jump to IV sedation because its just easier. Mind u it will cost me 700$ and that's with dental insurance.. any advise or opinions?

I am a 51 year old man and have been seeing a woman who is 61 years old .Something is going on and I dont know?

what. we have been seing each other at least 2 days a week by me going over to her house. We have great conversation and great sex . She always ask me to come over when I am scheduled to be off work.Now a couple of weeks ago she didn,t want me to come over on a Friday night saying she had some cleaning up around the house to do(I have seen the place look like a pig sty)but to come over tommorow.Well i did and stayed a couple of days and then last week she called me asking my schedule to work and i told her I was off Saturday and Sunday (this was Saturday at 1 Pm. She didn,t ask me over and I didn,t invite myself.I called her later about 6 in the afternoon and we talked some but she still didn,t ask me over.Next day she calls about 9 in the morning (she never does that) and says it has just dawned on her that we dont have very much time to spend together so to call her.I call her and ask her whats going on and she says she just forgot. Now what is bothering me is i called this a crock and she says its not and calls me the next day saying that she cant see me because i dont trust her.I may need to add that the first week she went to a friend of hers wedding and called me to tell me that they had asked her out to a club to celebrate and she said she told them that she didn,t want to go. i told her I would come over and take her there if she wanted to but she said she didn,t want to go that she had some cleaning up around the house to do.So I get there the next day and I see her yard has been mowed by a man(Henry ) who she says is married and just wants to help her around the house. Now here is the kicker she tells me that her dog bit Henry on the leg ! Not for 6 large breast. Minimum 4 hours on high - the liquid alone is going to need to reach a pretty high temp and 6 breasts will take a while to heat up.

Trying to streamline the kitchen. The crock pot is so huge, heavy, and unwieldy (makes the insert difficult to clean). The only thing I like is how it produces meats that just fall off the bone, and the fact that there's not a lot of work involved in the cooking process. Otherwise, it takes up a lot of space! Im thirteen years old and am in 8th grade.My parents fight all the time and have had to call the police on several occasions. Ever since we moved back to America my mom has been drinking and my dad has been neglecting my sister (16) and I. I really don't like talking about their situation when they ask me so I just shut up and bottle up my emotions (not wanting to start anything). We moved to North Carolina 3 and a half years ago and it was good, I was making friends and right when I was going into 7th grade at the junior high we moved to new york. After a year at the middle school there my mom found out her stupid job was making her move back to North Carolina even after I missed up big time there (because I thought I wasn't coming back). You might think this is just some idiot complaining and I agree I am complaining but I have no one to talk to in my house,since my sisters getting ready for college, nd I get really depressed spending so much time alone. I usually go on facebook but it just makes me more depressed to see that the innocent kids I knew in 6th grade have turned into sl*ts and douchebgs. I literally only have one friend that I hangout with here and shes not a very good influence on me. I HATE , really HATE my life, but I can't really do anything about it and I diffently don't wanna commit suicide but at least then I would escape the peer pressure crashing in on me. The rare times I actually talk to someone they say im just complaining, or im moody, its a "phase", you just want attention, or stop bothering me. I'm sick and tired of being treated like a kid but excpected to act like a freaking adult! I'm only 13 why is this happening to me while everyone else loves their life. In the Rocky Mountains, I hike about five miles in a day with a full pack and a couple thousand feet of elevation gain, for example, from 9,000 to 11,000 feet. On a day-hike, I will typically ascend 3,000 to 6,000 feet over a distance of ten miles. I usually figure 1 mile, 1,000 vertical feet per hour on a moderate trail. My average pace is 2.2 miles an hour, which can be dramatically affected by influences such as being above 13,000 feet with limited oxygen, pecking in a boulder field, or crossing a snowfield. I think that a fifteen-mile day at lower elevation on the Appalachian Trail should be attainable if you wear proper equipment. Wearing two pair of socks and gaiters comes to mind because I recently met a few hikers who gave-up on the Colorado Trail this week due to deep snow. Fortunately, they had a bail-out plan with friends to rescue them with a sag wagon after hiking 38 miles. You should not beat-up your body just to cover a set distance. Plan with flexibility and bail-out points. In order to get opinions from locals, you should go to a forum focused specifically on the Appalachian Trail.

Shredded Pork Tenderloin in the Crock Pot?

Hello All! I have a 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin that I plan on shredding and soaking in yummy BBQ sauce. Also sauteing some onions to add to the mix. Then placing it in the crock pot and adding more BBQ sauce as needed. I've made this before but totally forgot how long to cook it for... Once it's shredded it doesn't take as long to cook. So the last time I expected about 2 to 3 hours and I believe it was done in 1 1/2 hours. I'm using a smaller crock pot so it won't take up much room so it should cook fast. If you have made something like this before, could you please advise me as to how long to cook it for. Thanks much!

First things first, do not EVER buy single cards straight up.....you get ripped of. Always trade for the sh*t you need. Next, idk exactly what it is your trying to do here, but if you were to test this out against even a scrub, you'd get beat fast...just being honest. Listen: the best thing to do is have a theme. Pick an archtype(s) and stick with it/them...but i don't suggest mixing archetypes. And idk your knowledge of the game but i hope you know what an archetype is. It's a group, or family of monsters and support cards for those monsters that all work together and help eachother out (i.e. gravekeepers, frogs, lightsworns, six samurais/shiens, x-sabers etc.) So, if lets say you do want to make a deck of warriors...thats great! But, what KIND of warriors would you like? Will you build....Gemini? Samurai? Elemental Hero? You see, there are many different things you can do with your deck, but all cards must work towards the same purpose. You must set your purpose for and within your deck. Another great tip: NEVER run more than 40 cards. Never. And ALWAYS have your side deck packed to the ends with 15 great situation cards. Anyways, back to the deck. All Im saying is, clear the slate and start over. My advice would be to do reasearch on tier 1 decks and see why theyre great and why they win. I personally run gravekeepers as my main deck because I love the archetype, and love their theme (slow, somtimes fast control with great draw power and searching and destruction of cards, some hand advantage and/or field swarm). I hope my advice to you is taken in a way that will greatly impact your future games and strategies....Superb luck making decks and have fun out there :D

Needing a beef stew recipe ?

It's worth buying a pressure cooker to make stew. Target sells an aluminum pressure cooker by IMUSA for about $20. You can use any stew recipe in a pressure cooker. You just alter the recipe by browning the meat in the pressure cooker, adding the liquid and spices, then cook under pressure for 45 minutes. Depressurize, then add the veggies and the rest of the ingredients to cook under pressure for another 10 minutes. Great stew in less than an hour make it worth doing on a frequent basis, which can make the pressure cooker pay for itself in short order. It's much better and cheaper than canned stew, and you can even use the pressure cooker to can the leftovers for long term storage in the fridge.

u dont really need superralloy since you dont have much geminis. u also need some monsters that can do a variety of things. if u want to bring out your fusions, add terraforming and fusion gate and if u want field barrier. i would prefer one kind, a silent swordsman or a elemental hero. mixing them wont make the deck very strong. if u want a silent swordman/magician then add level up, level modulation and level down?! (yes the card name is spelled with those punctuations) add some more lightning vortex so u can send your high lv monsters to the grave then use level modulation. if u want an elemental hero deck, then take out ALL the cards that deal with level monsters. and sorta copy jaden from gx. buy his duelist packs and itll be helpful.

Hi my pork roast has been cooking in the crock pot for a little over 8 hours,it is being cooked on low directions say low for 10-11 hours. I have never cooked a pork roast and dont have a thermometer,so i cant tell. It is very tender already and tastes ok its just slightly pink,should it be that way?

Can you cook a pot roast without using a pot or a crock pot?

Yes. You can cook your roast in a baking tray, but it has to be deep enough to hold the juices that will come out of the roast during cooking. And it would need to be put in the oven, not on a burner. Depending on how big your roast is, I'd say about at least 2 or 3 inches deep for it. If you don't want to fork over a lot of money on a pot, you can buy those aluminum roasting pans in your local grocery store or Walmart for just a few bucks. They can be re-used if you handle them with care, just wash them and be careful not to bend them all out of shape. Some of them even come with plastic lids, but you can't put the lids in the oven.

Hi i just recently moved out and started cooking and im so confused about butter/margarine/vegetable oil spread... i've bought country crock,bluebonnet,and other brands that say both btuter and margarine and the most recent one i bought was 50% vegetable oil spread because it was big and cheap... ive used it for everything...cooking..on pancakes and it tastes fine but i just read online that it would be bad to make in say.. cookies and i was wanting to make some. How do I get rid of moisture inside my garage?

Hello! I have a single bay garage. It is attached to our basement with a bedroom above it. The temperature inside the garage is an average 60-65 degrees with the outside temperature being around 75-80 degrees with humidity. There is also no heater inside the garage. What I have noticed to make me believe that I have a moisture/condensation/humidity issue is; There are a couple moist spots on the floor by the garage door and near the lone cellar window. Also I had started a paint project down in the garage. The walls are block and the paint on the north wall across from the garage door towards the bottom of the wall did not dry after 3 days. I then noticed that the tool boxes and coke machine were damp. I do not know if I am over reacting and there is a simple fix or if it could be something more complicated. Please Help! Thank you

I am going to be making dinner for a guy I have been dating for a little over a month. We have been on several dates and I figure it would be nice to cook him dinner so that he doesn't have to worry about it on a busy week night. Dog bite while pregnant?

Making beef stew question?

This is my first time making stew. I browned the meat after coated it in flour for about 2 minutes each half pound. Im not sure if i browned it enough it was like light brown and you could still see some red in some of the pieces. I just didn't wanna cook it too long so it doesn't turn hard and chewy. My recipe asks for 2 and a half cups of veggie juice, doesn't say anything about water. I added 3 cups. Now im not sure but should a add more juice as it cooks , or water? Ox tails and black eyed peas help?

Okay I plan on cooking black eyed peas in the crock pot and throwing in some ox tails. Though What would the cook time be? Also is it okay to put frozen ones in there? I've only made beans in the pot that were non frozen in the bag that you have to soak overnight. I'm thinking about 3-4 hours but I could be way off lol. It took about 6-10 for the non frozen ones. I am guessing around 3-4 because it says to boil them for only 34 minutes.

In the Rocky Mountains, I hike about five miles in a day with a full pack and a couple thousand feet of elevation gain, for example, from 9,000 to 11,000 feet. On a day-hike, I will typically ascend 3,000 to 6,000 feet over a distance of ten miles. I usually figure 1 mile, 1,000 vertical feet per hour on a moderate trail. I think that a fifteen-mile day at lower elevation on the Appalachian Trail should be attainable if you wear proper equipment. Wearing two pair of socks and gaiters comes to mind because I recently met a few hikers who gave-up on the Colorado Trail this week due to deep snow. Fortunately, they had a bail-out plan with friends to rescue them with a sag wagon after hiking 38 miles. You should not beat-up your body just to cover a set distance. a while ago I made a sigil, and, ussing some steps I found online, I managed to graduate its energy into an egragor, and I got some good responses from it, I admittedly hadn't looked at the sigil for a while, though I guess now it wouldve technically been called an anchor, and since I finally got some tools, decided to bring it over to my apartment to work with it, you see, after I did, my grandmother, who is also the building super, came in to do some "spring cleaning" and ended up throwing the soggily away, my question is, is it posible to reconnect with the egragor by reconstructing the sigil, would it mater if the materials were different, and would it even be the same egragor I knew, because since I might have changed a little over the years, I'm worried the energy, If I tried putting any in now, might have an impact on the egragor, you see, though it might seem strange to some of you chaos magicians, I actually felt pretty close to this egragor when I worked with him, and consider him to be a pretty good friend, is there any way to get a connection back, I'd just like to see this egragor again

What are some good books to read?

I want long series or single story novels. I really like fantasy books with magicians and stuff (don't recommend Harry Potter). Some of my favorite books are the Bartimaeus books and the Night Angel trilogy.

What could this mean?

it starts off with me running from this like newpaper people/bad people who are trying very hard to get pictures of me. they succed, so i run into a room where its a classroom with a teacher and 6/7 kids my age.they realize whats happening and they try to protect me. the reporters are outside taking pictures. the teacher blocks up the window and the reporters get machines to listen to what we say. the reporters try to run in so i begin to run away as i do this i run into these ducks from disney who are magicians. they tell me these group of people want me for something, i cant remember, and i have to go into another universe to avoid them.magicians got caught and i had to go by myself into these random rooms. before going into the final i find my boyfriend the phone rings and i answer, its my dad, he says dont come back and i hate you, i respond wait what?, no you know what its ok you wont get to meet your grandkid and hang up.(im not pregnant, or planning for children, and have none). As i go back towards my boyfriend we talk about where we are suppose to go, and head towards all the rooms with lights on. i really remembr one room with a closet and tub fill of water. we jumped into the tub going thro the tubs hole and sink into the other universe. ((i warned you wierd)) in the first room i find its full of this big insects pretending to be good guys, once again i begin to run away into the open hole in the wall that leads to the galaxy. from here it turns into like the mario galaxy. im jumping planet to planets and throwing stars at them. my boyfriends keeping up with me. and thats all i remembered...sorry i know im odd

Okay, what is this bug that i found?

3 hours in the slow cooker enough for partially cooked ribs?

So, I'm making ribs today and, I browned them off in the oven first (about an hour) and then cut them up and put them in the crock with some onion rings and bbq sauce but, forgot to plug in the slow cooker!!! So, here I am at almost 3:30 and, wonder if 3 hours on high will be enough time to cook these up or, if I should leave them in the crock pot container and, put them in the oven and, if so, what temp!! beans. I take dry red or white beans and put them in. add seasoning and cook them on low for about 36-48 hours. I add smoked sausage in with about 5 hours to go. The only thing to worry about is making sure you keep water in it, so they don't burn.

i'm not sure where you herd that spell casters deck aren't used any more unless your not incluing gravekeepers which are really hard to beat. you seem to be going for a beat down version rather than using a spell counter, spell barrier, or choas versions or even a mixture of two. some people i know use a spell barrier choas versions where they use high atk light and dark spell castors and when the oppanant brings out star dust they bring out choas socuaser, in a spell counter one which i tried, their you use the spell counters to get rid of monsters and traps which get in the way. i found this to be too slow to use right and stuff like skill drain would really stop me so if your going for one i would etheir say go for grave keepers or a chous spell barrier one they work although my own version of choas spell barrier didn't my might try it again some time. by spell barrier i mean secret village of the spellcasters x 3 plus traps to stop them mind you frog monarch will squash this flat.

How do I clean the cooking element of my crock pot?

I am assuming the cooking element is a sealed unit that the cooking pot sits down into.....if it is, take a damp dish rag and wipe the element off. If its stuck on, take a damp dish scrubber and rub at the stuck on stuff. As long as you don't get the cooking element really wet and allow water to sit on the cooking element, you will be okay. After you get the element clean to your liking, wipe it out well with a dry dish towel and allow it to sit without the cooking pot in it for awhile....you want the cooking element to dry out all the way. What you can't do is run water into the cooking element - which you obviously understand.

if it's going to be a well themed deck u need WAY more geminis. use "crusader of the endymion" to further the effect of dark valkyria. add "knight of the red lotus" for revival (since geminis are normal monsters in the grave) if u want u can add "superallot raptinus beast" (dont remember the name) and polymerization. if u do want that u need more geminis so yur chances of getting 2 geminis in the hand increases. "Order to charge" for a little fun and "ultimate offering" for more normal summons. "gemini soldier" and "reinforce truth". gemini soldier is one of the key swarming cards for geminis. plus its hard to destroy it by battle. also add more equip spells to further the effect of evocator chavelure

First I'd say your levels are a little low, I'd recommend at least level 40 for the Mindflayer. As for tactics, save your quickening for the last 15% of its HP, set up priority gambits with chronos tears to tackle stop and/or equip power armlets. Also try and keep your party spread out so his main attack doesn't hit them all. Use physical attacks until it gets down to 20% HP then after it has restored itself use dispel to remove its status boosts, keep pummeling away and then finish with a quickening chain.

I was walking around a field today trying to figure out ware all the rabbits were gone because the field used to be wildly alive with them. I saw a rabbit coming out of a burrow and i got a bit startled because his eyes were closed and weeping. Need some help with a Chicken mexican meal?

I have a crock pot recipie that I just love I have only made it a few times because it is a new recipie. It has chicken, a can of corn, a can of black beans, a can of Rotel, and a can of cream of mushroom soup in it with a bit of taco seasoning and then you add rice to the mix once it is all done. I am trying to eat healtier and was wondering how I could make this yummy without adding a ton of fat. Usually we eat it with chips and cheese and sourcream and salsa.I was going to leave out the rice this time and just make it a meal that way. But what esle. It looks a little puke like without chips or something with it. What could I top it off with or dip into it.

Yes. I frequently do up a slow cooker meal the evening before, and then refrigerate it. That way all I have to do is pop the insert into the electrics, and I'm done. Adjust cook times if necessary,for starting out cold.

Home or away... Uni? Im really confused on what to do.?

I don't have the greatest life living at home. I have a very nagging older sister who stayed home for university and she's in her 2nd year who keeps a watch on what ever I do (very annoying) and my parents argue a lot and I also have the smallest room possible. I live in a very small village north of Cardiff in a rural area (a place where you wake up to cows and chickens in the morning lol) and all my friends from school live at least 30mins away as I go to school in Llandaff which is in the middle of Cardiff so I have a very boring life too. I go to university next year and Im getting that question, should I stay home and safe my self the debt or go to university far enough from home that I will be able to move out. My parents want me to stay home over issues of finance. I've looked at what finance will be available though, living in Wales even if I move to England my fees will still be 3k a year, I want to go to Bristol and that will cost me about 5-6k a year for accommodation etc perhaps more depending on what happens with inflation and the economy. I've read that depending on household income if I decide to move away I should get a living grant of around 1 thousand a year. My parents joint income is around 35k so Im not sure if Im just out of that bracket. I know with the students loans I wont pay anything back until Im earning 21k but its still a loan and I got that nagging feeling do I really want to start my life with 20-30k of debt before I even have a mortgage etc.What do people reckon, I know my social life will be far better than living home but is it worth it? I really don't know what to do.

Mystery gunk on crock pot. HELP!?

Ok, so here's the deal. Recently, my mom made some chicken in her ceramic crock pot. She'd done this before, and this has never happened before. So, I do all the dishes in our house, and when I get the crock pot, there's the usual gunk on it, as well as a beige plaster on the inside. So I scrub it with a brush, soap, and all the elbow grease I can muster, and it looks clean. I put it in the dishwasher, and when it's done I empty it. The crock pot still has the plaster stuff on the inside. So I scrub it again and I discover that the gunk seems to disappear when water touches it (this happens often with our dishes). So I scrub it and run it through the dishwasher multiple times, scrubbing it between each wash. It just came out of the dishwasher for the third time, and it looks the same as it did when it was first dirty. I don't know what this is, i've tried using a brush and soapy water, my fingernails (such as they are) and soapy water, a brush with soap, letting soapy water sit in it, i even put extra detergent in the dishwasher this last time and it's still dirty! this gunk is spawn of the devil! how do I get rid of it?

You're right when you say he should have just asked you if you wanted more instead of treating you badly. But you can't unsay what has already been said, and he probably is freaked out. If you only want to be fwb, then keep telling him that, and maybe things can be more like what they used to be.
